Sponsoring – sport and culture

LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o. is a traditional sponsor of sports and cultural events in Pilsen and its region. As a general partner of the ice-hockey club originally called HC Keramika and now for a number of years already HC LASSELSBERGER, the company takes part in the sporting life of the region. 

 Apart from sporting activities, LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o. also takes part in the cultural life in the region, namely as a general partner of the event called “Historical Weekend” in Pilsen. Every year in the middle of June, the citizens and visitors of Pilsen can spend a weekend devoted to children especially but also to grown-ups, full of fairytales, games, historical performances, and fun. In addition to this cultural event, LASSELSBERGER also supports many interest groups in their regional activities.

 

We offer help to people in need

In terms of charity, LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o. focuses on providing material help to a wide range of projects, from civic associations engaged in the development of mental health care, respite care of autistic patients and construction of hospices, to the improvement of the lives of the disabled. In 2007, LASSELSBERGER provided material donations to fourteen municipalities for their current charitable purposes, such as the reconstruction of welfare facilities in municipal hospitals, elementary schools and nurseries, or the reconstruction of old people’s homes.

 

We support professional education

It is an integral part of the work of some specialists in LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o. that they lead professionally and support the students of such schools as the Technical College of Ceramics in Bechyně and the Vocational School of Ceramics in Horní Bříza, and cooperate with the Porcelain and Ceramics Studio in Dubí, which belongs to the Faculty of Art and Design of the University of J. E. Purkyně in Ústí nad Labem.
